Simply fill out the form above or email us the reason for your return, name, and order number. If your order qualifies for a return, we will send you a pre-paid label to send the item back to us. As soon as we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment, minus $7.99 for the return shipping costs.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged or defective item, please send us an email (support@shopflowerie.com) with a photo of the item, and we will gladly make it right!

We accept US returns within 30 days of the order delivery date. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. A prepaid shipping label will be provided, and $7.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost. Please see below for international returns.

You are welcome to return orders purchased from outside the USA for a full refund, but we do not cover the cost of return shipping from outside the United States, and are not able to provide pre-paid return shipping labels. The international customer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. A refund will be issued for the value of any product that is returned to us within 45 days of the original purchase. The returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please use the "Return Request Form" above, and we will provide you with instructions on how to mail back your item.

We are working to integrate with a worldwide carrier that will streamline shipping (including handling all customs and duties at checkout) for our international friends. International shipping is anticipated to launch in August 2025. Exception: Pattern Magazine can be ordered for international delivery at this time.

You'll be prompted to enter a six-digit code sent to your email to verify your identity and log in to Kit. - Manage Your Subscription:
Once authenticated, you'll be directed to your Kit profile page where you can:
- Update your contact information.
- View and edit your billing details.
- Cancel your subscription if you choose to do so.
Alternatively, you can unsubscribe directly:
