For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the beauty of blooming things, the rhythm of the seasons, and the quiet magic of a greenhouse coming to life. After years of designing and teaching, I felt a steady pull to create a shop that captures that same garden beauty, filled with heirloom-quality pieces supporting the simple, meaningful moments of everyday life.
What began as sketches in my garden in the mountains of North Carolina has blossomed into Flowerie, a collection of thoughtfully crafted goods for your heart and home.

Meet Bonnie
Founder and Principle Designer
Bonnie Christine is the founder of Flowerie and a celebrated surface pattern designer, artist, and educator. Raised in a small town in the Smoky Mountains, Bonnie’s love for nature and creativity runs deep, influencing every element of her work. She began her journey with handmade aprons and tea towels, which she sold on Etsy. From these early days, Bonnie developed a passion for blending beauty with function, creating pieces that bring nature’s tranquility into everyday life.
With a background in design and a deep connection to the natural world, Bonnie has become a sought-after teacher, guiding thousands of creatives through her educational programs. Her dedication to helping others pursue their creative dreams has led to the creation of resources like the Surface Pattern Design Immersion course, the Pattern+ membership, Pattern Magazine, and the top-ranked podcast, The Professional Creative. Through her guidance, Bonnie empowers aspiring artists and designers to make a living doing what they love.
Outside of her educational work, Bonnie's passion shines through Flowerie, a shop inspired by the blooms and natural beauty of her North Carolina garden. Every product is crafted with her distinctive touch, rooted in floral patterns and garden-inspired designs that echo her belief in the joy and inspiration that nature brings.
When she’s not designing, teaching, or curating for Flowerie, Bonnie can be found hiking, gardening, and spending cherished time with her husband, David, and two children, Bear and Ollie. Her life in the mountains remains her biggest inspiration, and her goal is to bring that sense of wonder and peace to others through every piece she creates.

With a focus on details and organization, Erin Godbey manages Flowerie's logistics and oversees the shop. Her eye for curation and love of beautifully crafted goods lead the way in product creation. She is the director of Indie Craft Parade, a non-profit arts organization that supports creative entrepreneurs. Erin lives in South Carolina with her husband, 3 children, and a pack of stray cats. She can’t resist old photos, impromptu picnics, and chocolate chip cookies.

Rebecca is lead designer at Flowerie, where she ensures each product captures the shop's essence with cohesive and beautiful design. With an eye for clean lines and thoughtful presentation, Rebecca helps to integrate Bonnie’s artwork into Flowerie’s curated products and packaging. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her either exploring nature with her husband and dog, or hands-deep in her own garden.
Rebecca is lead designer at Flowerie, where she ensures each product captures the shop's essence with cohesive and beautiful design. With a focus on impactful visual storytelling and cohesive content, she cultivates a community centered on Flowerie's essences. Ever the over-achiever and tech guru, she channels her love for strategy and growth into creating meaningful marketing. Living in her Florida home, she enjoys all things birds, gardening, and baking, creating abstract art, and playing piano with her husband and four kids.
