One of the most exciting parts of bringing Flowerie to life has been the process of curating products for our very first collection—a sneak peek that’s a reflection of everything Flowerie stands for: beauty, design, and nature-inspired living. Every piece in this collection has been thoughtfully chosen to capture the essence of the season while staying true to the heart of our brand.
But product selection is no simple task. It’s a balancing act between design, quality, functionality, and sourcing. I want to share a little about how we chose the items in this sneak peek collection, the thought process behind each decision, and how we made sure each piece felt like a perfect fit for Flowerie.
When we began brainstorming ideas for this collection, I had a clear vision in mind: I wanted each product to feel special—something you could use daily, but also something that would bring beauty into your home. I kept coming back to the idea that these items should be heirlooms in the making.
From the beginning, we knew we wanted to create products that reflected the garden in some way—pieces that felt earthy, tactile, and beautiful.
To help guide our decisions, we kept three things top of mind: aesthetics, functionality, and quality.
We took note of the recurring requests—home goods, desk essentials, and items that would add a touch of nature and creativity to everyday life. The sneak peek collection reflects many of those desires, and we’re excited to see how you’ll incorporate these pieces into your homes.
Once we had a clear sense of what our community was looking for, we carefully curated the products that would make up our holiday sneak peek collection. Each piece was selected to feel both useful and beautiful.
Here’s a look at some of the key pieces in this collection and the story behind why we chose them:
We wanted these pieces to be ones you could use and cherish for years to come. Whether you’re gifting them to a loved one or adding them to your own space, our goal is that they bring a little more joy and beauty to your everyday life.
At the heart of each decision was the question: Does this product reflect the beauty and intentionality that Flowerie stands for, while also being something you’ll use every day?
For me, design includes how something feels and functions, along with how it looks. It was important that every product in this collection brought something more than just aesthetic value. We wanted these items to feel like they’re part of your everyday rhythm, making ordinary moments a little more special.
At the same time, we also had to make sure these products aligned with the overall aesthetic vision of Flowerie. We spent countless hours refining the colors, patterns, and materials to ensure each piece felt cohesive within the collection.
Curating this sneak peek collection has been such a rewarding process, and we’re so excited to share it with you. But as with every creative endeavor, there’s more to the story. Beyond the design and functionality lies a whole world of strategic decisions—especially when it comes to pricing and production.
How did we decide on the cost of these products? What’s the financial impact of producing a small-batch collection like this, and how do we plan for profitability while staying true to our values?
